Far from car park and difficult to find. Plenty of space inside. Food not very good but edible. Overstaffed. Staff chatting amongst each other or on phones.

I used to come here regularly and staff always allowed me to take my drinks outside. Yesterday the new manager suddenly changed everything and treated me badly. They told me I had to pay for an opened bottle even after I explained I had no time to stay inside and drink there. No understanding, no customer service, and very rude attitude. Really disappointed after being a loyal customer for so long.

We paid £18 for one bowling game for two children. However, the game lasted only around 10 minutes, which is significantly shorter than what would reasonably be expected for a standard game. Even for two players, a full game should take longer and allow a proper experience, especially for children. When we raised this with staff, we were told "this is one game," without any further explanation or attempt to resolve the issue. In addition, one of our children has autism. No adjustments, support, or consideration were offered, which was disappointing. As a customer, I would expect a more understanding and accommodating approach. Overall, we feel that the experience did not reflect fair value for the price paid. I would appreciate it if you could review this situation and offer a suitable resolution, such as a partial refund or a complimentary game.

Had a great time at Tenpin Luton! The bowling lanes were well-maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's a good mix of activities besides bowling—arcade games, pool tables, and even laser tag. The food and drink options were decent, though a bit pricey. It can get quite busy during peak times, so booking ahead is a good idea. Great spot for a fun night out with friends or family!

Had a couple of games with the kids, we had a laugh and we enjoyed some time together outside of the general working week, but this place is terrible. We waited 15 minutes for someone to help us because there was a problem with the ball return, I ended up going to the front desk and interrupting them having a laugh on their phones, they seemed disappointed that I needed their attention for all of 30 seconds. The staff aren’t really interested, the place is filthy, left over food and drink, dirty seats and a sticky floor. Try telling the staff, if you can get their attention. The service is generally slow and the food is not good. I got 2 games for the three of us, including a burger and chips. Two meals were adult, one was kids, but see if you can work out from the photo which one is the kids meal. I don’t know what I was expecting for around £50, but friendly staff and a clean environment would be the bare minimum.
