Went for for an afternoon out with my daughter to the games room and ordered a bowl of nachos to share. On the receipt it showed 4.40pm and we waited 30 minutes and no sign of our food. So it was then 5.10pm by the time I went to the counter to enquire about my order, I can see that none of the staff were taking responsibility and even though they apologised I feel that we should have had a partial or full refund. We go often to the venue and spend a lot of money with birthday parties, bowling etc and having had food before from the menu I feel that is a little poor value with over cooked fries and little effort on the presentation of some items. Staff should have a little more training.

Saturday evening. I understand it was busy, but... Most of the tables around bowling and billiards and not only,were in terrible condition, full of empty glasses and bottles, with puddles of sticky spills on them, and there was nowhere to place my drink. At the bowling lanes (6 &7), the side bumpers were not raised and instead of the ball going into the gutter, it was hitting some kind of edge, bouncing back, and knocking the pins down, which clearly isn’t correct. The billiard tables are not level at all; they have a noticeable tilt, which is unacceptable for billiards. This is not something new,its been for a while. Game prices are somewhat reasonable, but food and drink prices are rather excessive considering the level of cleanliness. The staff were not very polite, and the toilets were in very poor condition — during the 3hours we stayed, I didn’t notice any cleaning being done. It’s not a bad place for entertainment, but the gaming areas, hygiene, and staff courtesy definitely need improvement.

Great price for bowling, staff were run ragged trying to deliver food/drinks and take orders and some of the younger ones looked fed up. Maybe if their duties were split differently and they didn't have to be in two places at once they would have been more friendly. Would still recommend

Not been since the revamp so that was a good suprise, even more things to do now. Staff a great even come and sort the bowling area out before you have your session. One star taken off for the truly awful food, we have eaten before and it's been okay. The burger was rubbish so we will probably give that a miss next time which is a shame.

This is an ideal place to take the kids and have fun. Unfortunately our second experience wasn't as great as we had to wait over half hour for our drinks to come to the bowling booth after ordering through the app as well as going to the bar twice to ask what was taking so long. Granted we could of just gone to the bar and bought drinks but this takes away time from your games which is why they offer the option to use the app. Hopefully any future experience will be a better one.
