Wow what a museum. This is the best on the Island.! This museum has so much information and so many more accounts of the local population during the Island's occupation. This is what I wanted to see, written accounts about the "actual Islanders" (and not the occupiers). It has lots of german memorabilia & is situated in an old German bunker. This really is a must see, extremely interesting and a huge amount of work has gone into producing this museum & with it's true facts from the Islanders, make it the best on Jersey. Take the time to read the inofmation, it really is a historians treasure trove. We would definately recommend this museum to anyone, don't miss it. It is far superior to The Jersey War Tunnels of which we visited there too.

Fantastic little find, the ticket price was £10 which I think was good value. The little museum is based in a bunker which was occupied by the Germans during world war 2. There was so much history and items crammed into this space and I honestly enjoyed it. The guy on the counter was right when he said to take my time, there was so much to read and look at, lots of different stories, articles and I quite enjoyed the stories playing through the speakers as I was walking around. There are other towers and bunkers nearby too. I found this museum easily accessible, the bus 22 stops right outside and the man in the museum had lots of information for you if you want to clarify or know extra points. I would definitely return

Honestly don't bother wasting an hour's bus journey to spend £10 for a 5 minute visit. Yes, there's a lot of collections there but go to the jersey war tunnels and spend a good hour or more learning the history and seeing some amazing things. Some basic people on trip advisor actually had the cheek to insult my intelligence about my review on there but £10 to see a place no bigger than my bathroom is an insult. There's also a lovely museum in St helier that's free and really worth seeing. Jersey is a lovely place with great people and a great atmosphere but there's always one!!!
