It’s always been a bit feral but today they’ve allowed a male into the female toilets with his wife. Never removed him after complaints just left him in there. Genuinely avoid it if this is continued practice. Broken English or not, it’s not rocket science that women’s toilets are for women

I visited this soft play on Saturday 28th march and came away really disappointed, mainly because of how it’s managed. The place itself has potential, but the experience was completely let down by the people running it. From the moment I arrived, everything felt rushed and disorganised. It was clear the staff were already under pressure and struggling to keep up. The two female managers on duty (one blonde and one brunette) were particularly noticeable for all the wrong reasons. Throughout my visit, the staff were clearly run off their feet. They were constantly rushing around trying to manage multiple tasks at once and it was obvious they were overwhelmed. What I found really uncomfortable was seeing staff being shouted at when they briefly stopped to catch their breath. At the same time, these managers were standing together chatting and laughing and even on their phones instead of helping. It felt completely unfair and unprofessional. There was also a clear effort from management to avoid dealing with customers. Instead of stepping in to serve or support, they would get already busy staff to handle orders, even when those staff members were clearly juggling several other jobs. On top of that, when it got busy, management would disappear into the office, leaving staff to cope on their own. This made the whole place feel even more chaotic and poorly managed. I do want to say that the customer service staff themselves were great. They were friendly, polite, and clearly doing their absolute best despite the pressure they were under. It was obvious they weren’t getting much support or sympathy from management, which made their effort even more noticeable. Despite how hard the staff were working, the overall experience still suffered because of the lack of leadership. There were long waits, confusion, and a tense atmosphere throughout the visit. For a place that should feel fun and welcoming, this was really disappointing. Management seriously needs to step up support their team, and take responsibility for how the place is run or be fully replaced all together and bring in management who want to actually manage a team. I wouldn’t return based on this experience, which is a shame because with better management, it could actually be a great place.

Lovely staff, nice and clean plus the kids love it, always first choice

I'm actually shocked. Will not be coming back! Tldr - equipment damaged, cups left in play area so staff not cleaning, temp quite hot in the play area itself! This was the local soft play that everyone recommended so I thought I'd take my 10 month old.... wow I will not be going back! I booked the first slot and arrived on time to try and be one of the first there to avoid it being even slightly busy if possible. We was the first one there and straight away in the TODDLER area was a cup with drink still in it. Then once up the stairs to the slide, you can see how badly damaged the place is! Now I'm not sure of their specific staff policies regarding checking the equipment at the end of the day but this implies to me that nothing gets checked or cleaned once the place is closed.... I don't expect a full deep clean every night but it doesn't take forever for a couple of staff members to do a quick run around to check all areas are clean and SAFE! Then in the last picture you can see a piece of plastic on the floor in the toddler area! This has been peeled off the equipment which okay, does happen but again, a quick check of equipment & flooring, this could have easily been picked up on. Something else that's quite concerning is that with there being no other kids, I took my little one into the bigger area so he could experience the slide (I would not have done this had it been busier) and half way up, the lighting was giving off A LOT of heat! Now bear in mind, I went 9:30am in February, the rest of the area was cool. Up at the top I was far too hot! Now imagine a young child who has been running around already for a good half an hour, this is a recipe for heat exhaustion!

Visited today at around lunchtime, staff very welcoming and helpful 😊 Place is super clean and staff are always keeping busy! There was loads for the children to do, also great food choices! Couldn’t recommend this place enough, will certainly be back again kids LOVED IT 😊
