Honestly if I could rate this place a 0 I would. Prices are unbelievable for the quality of what you get. Bathrooms are disgusting. No handles or locks on the doors not toilet roll. All toys in the 4 and under area were either broken or had no battery's, there was a broken sofa laying upside down in there as well. The tables were sticky. The foods prices were unbelievable for what you get. Cold food. Sloppy food. No staff anywhere to be seen unless you go to buy something. Fans on the ceiling look like there hanging on by a thread. Play area is small. She said that this is the most affordable play area and I said yes because it's the smallest.

Fun factory is a place I often visit with me and my 2 children. Staff are very friendly and helpful! The heating comments I think are abit harsh, at the end of the day it is a large warehouse and It’s understandable for it to be a little colder during cooler times of the year.I will definitely be returning😊😁

Overall dark, dirty, no staff in play areas the whole time we visited and freezing cold, felt very run down. On the plus side, space wise the under 4s area is good and coffee is good, but again, dirty, dark and no staff presence.

I visited the fun factory yesterday which was a Saturday. I haven’t been for about 2 years. I read the recent reviews on google and was a little bit skeptical but I want to change that after our great experience yesterday! We paid £6 for our 3 year old and an additional £1 for an extra adult, the baby was free. The fun factory is really good value for money! The play centre is in an industrial warehouse and of course it is winter it’ll be hard to maintain the heat constantly. It was a little bit cold when inside but we were aware of that and wore a jacket but there was a huge industrial heater that was on and you could also sit next to this. The owners did attempt to keep the place warm but it is a very large place so what can you really expect?! 🧐 The decor is really nice and really well maintained. The areas are clean and plenty of toys available. The soft play area for the older children was clean and I didn’t notice any damaged or dirty equipment despite being used very heavily by the children that day! The toddler section is gated and it’s a really large area for little ones to walk or crawl with lots available and a great soft play section for them too! The soft play equipment is a really good size and value. We really enjoyed it because there was lots for the kids to do and you could watch from a distance and still be able to supervise your children which is great if you are alone and with a baby or have other children. We ordered 2 meals- adult cheese burger meal & a kids nuggets and chips. Everything was reasonably priced and well put together neatly. The portion sizes are great! The food was delicious and always has been each time I’ve visited over the years. The oil tasted fresh, the chips were delicious and have always each time we’ve been! The kitchen looked clean and the staff would regularly walk around collecting the dishes and cleaning the tables. We had a great time and we can’t recommend the place enough. The staff were friendly and welcoming and it’s such good value for weekend fun! We will defiantly be back. Thank you again 😊
