Absolutely fantastic, so much going on. It also has air conditioning! It’s very safe, calming environment but enough for all children of all abilities and ages. There’s lots of photo opportunities and meet and greets, little dance party, story times, small baby area safe from bigger children. Sensory area, fantastic ballot area. My 2 and 4 year olds love it. Would definitely recommend.

Visiting here was the reason we stayed near Blackpool on holiday. Julia Donaldson is my son's favourite. He loves every one of the characters and stories and this visit made his year. It was very well organised and the staff were super friendly, as you'd expect... And the gift shop is well stocked... Lol 🤣

Fantastic place for little Julia Donaldson fans! Online it seemed as if the different zones were more seperate than they were, but there is so much to do. Worth noting if you go at a busier time it can be difficult to keep track of your little ones as the play areas are dark and there are things and lights and kids everywhere. That said, the selection of play equipment is fantastic and really from toddlers right up to older children there is something for them to do. The staff are fantastic and so welcoming and engaging with the children. We seen the Zog dragon school show when we visited and it was great. My toddler loved it and it was perfect length for little ones. The wait for coffee was so long and so slow moving I gave up 😂 but other than that I can't fault the place. Amazing changing room for all disabilities. And toilets were spotless. The shop is great too! Booking online is best so you can book a time slot to enter and not have to wait as their entry is small and easily gets crowded with prams etc.

We went for my daughters 4th Birthday and it was fantastic! We had an absolutely brilliant time. The staff were great, really accomdating and helpful. We found the whole place very clean and tidy. They all made a fuss of my little girl and did a Birthday shout out. I would highly recommend a visit! We can't wait to go back.

We booked the 1pm slot on a friday. Got to the door and it was locked. Went through to sealife and spoke to someone who radio'd through to someone inside, then waitied for to come and open up. Not ideal at all. We were then promptly reminded they close at 1430. Flet like they wanted us out before we'd even gone in. Inside was great clean 'shoes off environment ' looked really well kept and new. All looked safe and exciting. Plently of seating for the amout of poeple there at the time. After an hour of play we went for a coffee at the refreshments area as they were closing earlier then the place at 2 i think. I was first in line, greeted by a your girl jet black long hair (had name badge but no name on it nicelydone). Clip board in hand saying with you shortly. She was doing the stock check before they closed!? I waited as you do for her to finish. She was in no ruch at all! Asked for a latte and tea, i was met with hmm 'i might not have enough milk its that time of day you know?' No i dont know its 2pm on a friday. You have milk! She advised shell make them first before charging me, just incase she ran out of milk. Thankfully for all involved we had enough milk. Then back to play for the last part. We saw the witch from room on the broom & gruffalo the girls naturally frightened to death. Disco mid play was great. We got some pictures taken but they are expensive. So we didnt get any as the girls looked more scared than happy. Exited through the gift shop as you do in blackpool with most attractions. Toys are expensive as you'd expect but seemed decent quality. We bought a couple as it was the girls birthday. On the whole id reccomend you go. Its great fun for the kids. Just wish we had longer in there. We will go back but just hope we can get in & the service is better.
