Really interesting and well put together history and science behind iron making, the people and impact of the development of iron production and how this part of the country and its people leaf the world in iron making. Aimed at young and old, with lots of interest for all. Lots of free parking, easy access and good cafe also.

I have to admit, this museum was better than I gave it credit, lots of interactive things to try, very interesting to learn about how Telford was so influential in the production of iron. The old photos were really interesting, I wished I could have spent a day back in time to really appreciate what it must been like back in the day. I will definitely be returning.
