Such a beautiful and peaceful place. So relaxing and a nice place to just spend some time wandering around, admiring the beautiful gardens and the relaxing nature of the place. Fantastic. I went in January and it was lovely, but I plan to return in the summer to see all the colours of the garden pop 😍

Really beautiful autumn colours, would like to go again another time of year and see more. The walk around the lake was good for my 80yr old father with his two walking sticks. Friendly, helpful staff in the shop and tea room. Overall a lovely time.

I had the great pleasure of joining a small group of Togs from Livingston in a visit to the Japanese Gardens in Clackmannanshire. What a place; absolutely beautiful! Stunning views and such a peacefull ambience. We had a cuppa together on arrival and then, armed with our weapons of choice, went off on our individual paths to shoot this remarkable place. We were fortunate in that there was a thin veil of high cloud - a natural 'softbox' - which afforded great shooting among the tree lined paths and pond. I can't recommend it highly enough. Just 5 stars doesn't do it justice. Here are my favourite images from the day:

Beautiful, well maintained garden. You do have to buy a ticket to enter the gardens but you can get family tickets which work out a bit cheaper. The staff were friendly and took time to speak to you. There is a small cafe and gift shop.

Visited this beautiful garden in july, such a relaxing place to just sit and chill. Not to busy. There's a small visitor centre where you and watch a video about the history of the garden. Perfectly maintained. Has a cafe and toilets. Also plenty of parking.
