JUMP ZONE IS SOOOO GOOD!!!!!!!!!! You will LOVE this place. The kids will be in HEAVEN!!! We celebrated our son’s 5th birthday and it was a great day. There is so much to do and it’s absolutely HUGE!!! Parking is free and plentiful.The staff were very helpful - especially Mohammed who helped bring balloons and other bits back to the car!!! Who does that?? So happy!!! We will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely dreadful! The website and real life are very different! I would suggest to not book a party until you visit it before hand! They are unable to provide adequate first aid to children and have a lot of safety risks within the areas children have access to. Avoid and save you money!

My nephew had his birthday party here, and all of the kids absolutely loved it. There’s a football zone as well as a huge inflatable area that caters to both younger and older children, so everyone had something to enjoy. The customer service was exceptional. The staff who hosted the party, Muhammed and Anastasia, did a fantastic job. They were friendly, professional, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Muhammed went over and beyond for both the kids and the adult. The food was also surprisingly good! especially the chicken strips. I genuinely need to find out who their supplier is. It’s also a bonus that all the food is halal!

Absolutely brilliant place to bring the kids in their days off from school.Plenty of space for the children along with seating area for adults,in house refreshments are available with hot & cold drinks with plenty of snacks & meals to choose from. Free parking is also included

We have been here for the first time with our kids. They had a great time and enjoyed a lot!! Ishrat was really helpful and the booking process was easy. All the staff members are friendly and me and my husband enjoyed a drink in the coffee shop with peace of mind as the staff took care of the kids making sure they were playing safely.
