Absolutely terrible experience. I took my 17 month old and we were there literally less than 20 minutes. The under 18 month area is bare with very little to do. It's simply a tiny square of play area with a foam slide, a couple of mirrors and a bit of padding on the back wall. For the price you pay, there was barely anything to do at all. I'm not expectiny a massive toddler play area but we've been to other soft plays who have far more for toddlers for less money. It was far too busy with older kids playing in the younger kids areas so that the younger children and toddlers couldn't use them without almost getting hurt. When we complained to staff about it, in credit they did ask the children to move (they didn't) so then staff said there was nothing else they could do and we could either wait for them to move or leave. I feel like the manager just didn't want to have to deal with the situation and when expressing my concerns I was almost brushed off and talked over. I don't feel that the staff were very friendly at all, even booking in got short responses from the staff member on the front desk. Immediately requested my money back and left. We went to try somewhere new but will not be going there again. There are definitely better alternatives around the Chesterfield/Sheffield area and for £7 I don't think this place is worth the price.

First time at Jungle play centre. Me and my little boy had a great time. Felt clean food and drink were fair prices for a commercial premises. He is nearly 2 and having the aged sections made him a happy and independent boy within those sections. We loved our experience.. went first thing on a saturday. Felt it was getting busier with older kids as we left mid day. You would expect this at any play centre. Thanks for a great exeperience.

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY Been going on and off since my eldest (15) was younger, even had birthday parties held here but when i went last week and took my niece, its filthy. Even the mugs are grubby and had to return my drink twice for a clean cup, i am not picky at all! I will NEVER be returning its loppy. The kids plastic cutlery needs replacing that much its so sharp from obviously being bitten by kids, staff are rude and whilst walking around try their best to avaoid eye contact incase you want anything i dont think i saw one member smile. Very dissapointing, i for sure will not be returning.

The Jungle in Chesterfield is absolutely brilliant and a firm favourite for our family. From the moment you walk in, it’s bright, lively and full of energy, and the kids are instantly excited. There’s so much for them to do, with fantastic play areas that keep them entertained for hours. The layout is great and feels safe, which means parents can relax while still keeping an eye on the children. The staff are friendly, welcoming and always on hand, adding to the really positive atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where kids leave happy, tired and already asking when they can come back. A perfect spot for burning off energy and having loads of fun. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun, energetic and stress-free day out with children! 🌟
