Great soft play! Lovely food.my Daughter had a blast. Even went on a boiling hot day and the Aircon was a dream. Would go again!

Have visited this soft play so many times& is the only soft play we have been to which is kept clean and tidy. My nieces and nephew love it here and always have so much fun! Nice area for us adults to sit and have a coffee plus the kids all enjoy the food. Very reasonable prices and the staff and friendly and helpful.

First time I’ve been since the upgrade. Play area is nice & new and AC was great. Attended a private hire party and price was extreme , even charged for small babies that couldn’t play or eat, but as your own food and drink isn’t allowed, their menu, I find quite pricey. Party food was your basic selection. They had it out for 20 minutes then cleared it all away without checking wasted so much food as the kids were still up and down playing and eating , very reluctant to give more cups for the jugs of juice. Once questioned staff came across standoffish and argumentative. They just kept saying it’s in our policy. You should’ve read it. (which I couldn’t find on their website after the fact) Just basically felt like money was the importance not everybody’s experience.

Hello, just wanted to share my experience yesterday at the Jungle Quex Park, especially with the staffs. Really, not nice welcoming at all from the staffs. My little girl was invited for one of her friend’s birthday party and I have to bring my bigger daughter with me. Guess what! one of the staff said to me at the entrance during the checking. She dared to ask me why I brought my older daughter and I replied to her politely that I have no one to look after her at home. Honestly I couldn’t leave at one child at home especially when she under age and brought the other child. I REALLY WONDER🤔 if she asked the same question with other guests who brought their older or smaller children with them on that particular day and time. OR WAS I THE ONLY BEING ASKED OR WAS IT BECAUSE OF MY ETHNICITY , the moment I entered I couldn’t felt they got disturb by my presence and start to talk among themselves, and even don’t bother! if I’m standing there in front of them. Wow! What an awful experience! I’M SORRY, I’m not going there again despite the concept and renovation were nice, because of these POOR STAFFS BEHAVIOUR.

We recently visited the newly refurbished soft play with my 3-year-old daughter and had a fantastic experience. The space is modern and bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed for young children. Our little one had the best time exploring, climbing, and playing with all the new equipment. Everything felt safe and well-maintained. They have a designated baby area and somewhere for mums to feed the baby. The big main frame and the toddler area with sensory play.The staff were friendly and attentive, which added to the positive experience. A great spot for kids to burn off energy – we’ll definitely be coming back!
