Not one complaint from over 40 adults and kids. Everyone had a great day and the staff made it so easy for everyone to enjoy themselves. A brilliant day out

I Attended the water park with my 12 year old daughter who has SEN at 12pm and paid the 10er for the extra hour on the course. It could of been a good day apart from the changing facilities. It's a free for all no privacy at all. I had put down my wristbands which where for the extra hour I had paid for. When I went to explain the situation to the staff the lady was very rude and unhelpful. She said I had to go and find them as the wristbands where worth a 10er each and she wouldnt be replacing them, implying if they weren't found she wouldn't be replaceing them After talking to me she then went onto shut the door in my face. I eventually found the wristbands that children in the changing tent had lifted "accidentally". The staff aren't very friendly at the front of the jetty telling my sen daughter to hurry up he actually shouted again I told u to get up the jetty. My daughter was very upset about this. On returning the wetsuits another member of staff shouted at me and said I told you to turn the wetsuits in the correct way. There definitely is a way to speak to people and I don't feel the staff where very friendly. As a response to your reply, I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about with an issue of us having sharp rings! That certainly wasn't me or my daughter that had this interaction with your staff seems someone else had a problem as well with your friendly but firm staff but that certainly didn't happen with me 🙈 we arrived with no jewellery on apart from a pair of studs which were taken out in the changing facilities. With out anyone telling us we needed too. I can see there isn't a lot of reviews for the lake this year. Considering it's Ireland busiest water park I think that's very telling. But as I said we enjoyed our time at the park it was a few of the staff that was the problem. Mainly the reception lady. Maybe a refresher course on how to speak to customers when she is under pressure wouldnt go amiss. Again I am aware the wristbands have monetary value because I paid for them. But with the changing facilities being a free for all I was lucky to get them back 2 children had lifted them "accidentally" It was how the reception staff spoke to me and closed the door on my face was just very rude and uncalled for. She knew I had paid for them because it was her I dealt with. She has taken my name down on her clip board. Thank you for taking the time reply to my review 😊

My daughter's aged 12 and 31 went here and had the best day . They both came home loving the day they had had and laughing so hard over their antics. My 12 year old said it was her most favourite day

Absolutely Brilliant. Was there with a Group of 15. Purchased the second hour so we took our time and enjoyed everything as a group. So many slides and different inflatables. Only down side is the Changing room. Met a few people while there that wouldn't go in because of No Showers.
