Visited today before we set off home. Had a lovely holiday and this place just topped it off. Absolutely fab place and immaculately clean. Lady at the counter was super nice and helpful. Was absolutely massive. Loved that they have a secure gate for the 3's and under to keep older children away and keep it safe for the smaller ones. Amusement rides were also well priced at £1 and not extortionate. We also had snacks and drinks that I found quite reasonable as was the entry fee. Really fab place, owners clearly care about their business and put a lot of hard work and effort in, it looks brilliant and cool with the castle around the soft play and the dragon at the top. Both my girls who are 3 and 8 months really enjoyed it. Will definitely visit when we return to cleethorpes thank you❤️

I was so disappointed with the attitude of the staff where we ask if there was any other table than the one on the back and with such a rude attitude I was told this or nothing, when the little girl was lost and her father was in panic looking for her the staff refused to call out so help with looking for the girl and 3rd situation when the balls where spread all over floor the staff told kids to tidy up , really? This wasnt what i expected i wouldn't recommend this place only due to staff as the place its self its great size with so much to do for kids

Visited on Easter bank holiday monday and had a fantastic time, took our three boys aged 1. 4 and 12. There is something for all ages, it's not the cheapest soft play but it's well worth the money, even though we didn't eat we did see some food come out and it looked fresh and tasty. Everywhere was clean and tidy even the toilets were spotless. I would have to say it's the best play area along the Lincolnshire coast we have been to.

What a fantastic place to visit—truly enjoyable for both kids and adults! Our children (ages 5 and 9) absolutely loved exploring every corner of this soft play area. The equipment is well maintained, and there are plenty of obstacles and activities to keep little ones entertained for hours. The café is a great bonus, offering family-friendly prices. The coffee was freshly ground and full of flavour, which we really appreciated. The staff were kind, helpful, and always smiling, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. Despite visiting on a busy bank holiday (Good Friday), the space never felt overcrowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Went with my son and two grandsons. Brilliant experience all round. Boys, aged 8 and 10, absolutely loved how big the play area was and how much equipment was. Bigger and better than any soft play they had ever been to. Their Dad and I found a table and ordered food for us all. The ground coffee was great. The food was freshly cooked, good quality, plentiful and very reasonably priced. My advice is to treat your family to a very enjoyable experience.
