DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY. I booked this spa for a relaxing experience with my mom, expecting full access to the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room as advertised. Unfortunately, upon arrival we discovered that the sauna and steam room were out of service. This wasn’t mentioned at any point during booking or check-in. When I raised the issue with staff, there was no apology and no gesture to make up for the inconvenience — despite this being a key part of what we’d paid for. To make matters worse, my trainers were stolen. The space was quiet that day, with no other guests around, so I asked staff to review the CCTV footage. They were dismissive and unhelpful, showing little concern about the possibility that a staff member may have been responsible. Overall, the lack of transparency about facility issues, combined with poor customer service and an unresolved theft, made for a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I wouldn’t recommend!

Took my son for a swimming lesson .. found the instructor to be really good. He was firm and direct which my son needs! Facilities very clean unlike the Moberly which is in urgent need of cleaning. Staff are friendly and kind .. couldn’t really ask for more in London

Lovely family friendly atmosphere. Kids come swimming during the day with their mothers. Occasionally there are nice family get togethers there. Serves a good breakfast and fresh juices.

Lovely centre for all of the family with a calm vibe and a myriad of activities. Highly recommend a visit.

Brought my son for swimming lessons weekly for a least two years but sadly had to cut my term short after a couple of sessions after an altercation with my sons swimming teacher who was speaking very coldly to my son who was crying in the water after feeling he was going to sink in the water from the way the teacher was holding him which made my lose contact in the swimming teacher’s abilities to teach a toddler. The management didn’t seem bothered in my opinion either to enquire as to the incident as to why I cancelled the term classes after that so nothing more was done to rectify in my opinion. My priority was for my son’s wellbeing and am looking for an alternative swimming school nearby who can take him mid term.
