Freindly and helpful. Everytime I go there is plenty to do. The staff are nice and helped me allot when I first started going to the gym. I usually would get nervous where I don't know people but I'm in a quite room which helps with my anxiety. Great place

OMG I've been doing Vibe Gold for 5 weeks now, twice a week. Debbie is amazing she makes it such good fun. She's energetic, inspirational and gets us all motivated. which makes her class really enjoyable. A few more of Debbie's classes would be very much appreciated . She would be really good at Aqaufit. Just saying lots of people love Aqaufit and she would be good . Well done Debbie 👏 we all love your classes, Vibe Gold, Curcuit training, Stretch and Tone. Keep up the good work Debbie you're very much appreciated 👏

Didn't let me play badminton with my friend after school but they wouldn't let us play because it was under my dad's name. Then I changed the DOB and they reported me for identy fraud. Another instance a worker took up 20 minutes of my time because she was setting up the badminton net that should already of been set up meaning I lost a third of my playing time. Would only recommend if it's a last resort (no where else to go). Doesn't even deserve a single star but I can't make it lower.

I have booked a body measurement 1 week ago for today at 8:30am. I ve arrived there and took a seat as reception instructed me, waited for 20min for a gentleman to come and tell me that he is sorry but the person that does this is not on the rota until 11am, that he called him but he is not answering probably he is sleeping ( and laugh ). I did not find it funny when I drove 30 min 1 way to have that done … they said that he will contact me to reschedule. not happened. I ll change gym , very unprofessional

I have to visit the pods for NHS oxygen therapy assessments usually once a year but it's now been increased to every six months as my health declines. The car parking really does make my visits easier being so close to the main entrance. The nursing team in the community hub really do look after me. If you need to go this team are indeed a great help.
