Absolutely fantastic soft play centre! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The play areas were spotless, well-maintained, and packed with exciting activities that kept the children entertained for hours. The equipment is safe, modern, and suitable for a wide range of ages, making it perfect for families with multiple children. There was plenty of space for little ones to explore, climb, slide, and burn off energy while parents could relax with a coffee in the comfortable seating area. What really stood out was the attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the venue. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in creating a fun, safe, and enjoyable environment for everyone. We had an amazing time and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fantastic day out with the kids

i would always recommend the secret garden to anyone with a little one, my little brother is 2 and a half, hes been coming here since he was 10 month old, and is still running round finding new ways to play. they have 3 different areas, a baby area, which they keep an eye on and tell older children if they would mind playing in the bigger bit soo the babys can play in there safely. and under 4s, that has some puzzles in the second level for your little ones to try and solve, and the main area with lots in there. My brother’s favourite is the football area (he mainly chases all the lights in there) also the staff are really welcoming, and helpful, they explain the session times perfectly. the staff even recognises people who come often and are more than happy to have a quick chat, they all love to speak to my brother and ask how hes doing.

I have visited the secret garden with my grandchildren aged 7 and 5 on a few occasions. Whether it’s a general play session or a special event it has always been top class. The play structure is fantastic for all ages having designated space for younger children and babies. It is very clean and well maintained. The large cafe area is perfect for adults to meet up with friends and family, sit and enjoy a lovely coffee and some delicious food while the children burn off some energy. The menu is great with a wide variety of healthy options and also tasty home made treats. The staff are knowledgeable about party packages and allergy information, friendly and helpful giving the place a lovely vibe. I would highly recommend giving the secret garden a visit.

Would recommend The Secret Garden for your children. They have a separate area for babys that has a selection of sensory toys. The main area, which is suitable for all ages up to 9, is very spacious, always clean and well maintained. The food and coffee is delicious and always well presented. The menu has an aray of choices and even have options for any allergies, for adults and children which is great! The parties are always well organised, party hosts are so helpful and attentive which makes the experience so much more special for parents and children. They really include the birthday child to make their time special! The staff are always so smiley and polite, and always so happy to help.

The customers are so friendly and so are the staff. The food is high quality always and the kitchen handle food allergies very well, they cater to any kind of allergy and party members with allergies too. The staff take pride in keeping the Secret Garden pristine making it safe for the little ones and customers and enjoyable. The drink selection is also amazing, there is a seasonal drinks menu which switches every few weeks and you have to try. Overall, it is a fantastic place to visit with your little ones.
