Had a fantastic time kayaking! The lady (We didn't get her name!) was really friendly and helpful, and everything was explained clearly before we set off. After we got home, we realised we'd accidentally left our car key behind. Paul & the team went out of their way to look for it, found it, sent us a photo to confirm it was ours and kept it safe until we could collect it. We were so relieved and really appreciated how helpful and kind everyone was. The only minor issue was that my partners seat seemed to be digging into his back, but we didn't realise until we were out on the river and I'm sure they would have swapped it if we'd noticed before leaving. Would definitely recommend and we'll be back. Lots of fun. Thanks CanoeMan!

Kayaked on the river in Norwich. Booking was easy, with great communication even at short notice. Easy to find location. The gear was clean and well maintained. Paul was very friendly and helpful. Amazing scenery and a fantastic overall experience.

Lovely leisurely 2 hr paddle through the town centre in a 3-person canoe with 2 kids - chilled, not busy. And excellent service from Canoe Man 👌

Never been in a canoe, taking my son with me on Saturday. Booking process easy and the chap was really friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the trip to New Mills Sluice and back which is easily done in the 2 hour slot. Highly recommended and just booked another slot in July with my wife and 2 kids. Looking forward to it. Perfect afternoon canoeing through Norwich, great family adventure for a very reasonable price. We didn't book but got lucky, I would recommend booking if you're planning on doing this during a weekend or school holidays.
