Excellent & value for money. Adam the tour guide was enthusiastic, informative and very engaging with us tourists. The new and old decor was sympathetic and inspirational, not taking itself too serious. One minor issue, scone too big :)

Had the most enjoyable day, fantastic gardens, well maintained, very friendly staff. Well worth a visit and my grandson was very excited to lead the way round the grounds. I have given four stars instead of five due to the location of the toilets which are situated in the cafe. It is quite a trek with a wet toddler who was playing in the fountain and now wants to go to the toilet but the quick access gates are locked. I feel the entrance to the gardens could be situated in a better place.

Such a lovely place to visit. Reasonably prices entrance fee and no charge for parking. You can visit the Quackers cafe for free. The gardens & hall are in excellent condition. You have a play ground, a small pool full of plastic ducks. The food we had a quackery cafe was really good. Definitely work a vist 😊

Decent size carpark with plenty of room for a visit with a motorhome. Plenty of walks which we will return to enjoy. The house is only visable by guided tours and by looking at photos every tour is different. They are an hour long and we were lucky to have one by a member of the family that now owns the estate. It was very interesting and enjoyable. Dogs are allowed on tours inside, so please don't spoil it if you do take yours, only take well behaved and clean ones as that was a lovely treat being able to take ours in ! We will be back to compete the gardens and do more tours 😍 really loved the old Vs new mix. I could have easily moved in 🥰

Lovely experience and great very knowledgeable guide on the tour (Liz). House is wonderful to see and has that feel of being a family home (which it is still). Organisation regarding start point could be better as directions were not clear and we had to stand in the cold but overall excellent day out.
