I just had my son's 5th birthday party here and I must say everything was perfect. Much better than expected infact. The communication was spot on during the booking stage and leading up to the party. On the day they were organised and our host was brilliant (sadly forgot her name) but she ensured the kids got signed in promptly and got to play as quickly as possible. She also let us know with plenty of time when the party room was available for us to set up. The food choices were varied and the quality was not what I expected, in a good way. The hot dogs, pizza and burgers were all good quality and they even provided slushies and ice cream. Overall it was a great experience and the friends and family who attended also thought highly of the party. Would 100% recommend, its well worth the cost which was also reasonable.

Sharn was the first person we met at Milton keynes Top Jump as a family. What an amazing experience this young lady gave to us. Then we met Jack who supported us iat Digital Square. Lastly we met Jake who took us through the VR shotgun game. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely fantastic day at Top Jump and couldn't recommend it highly enough! Very professional staff. A huge thank you to Sharn, Jake, and Jack for making our visit so memorable. Sharn greeted us on arrival, handled our entrance fees, and clearly explained how the day would run, which made us feel welcome and excited from the moment we walked in. Sharn and Jake then took us through the VR experience, and it was absolutely incredible. They were knowledgeable, patient, and made sure we got the most out of the experience. It was one of the highlights of our day and something we'll be talking about for a long time. Jack took us on the jump and was brilliant throughout. He made us feel safe, confident, and ready to enjoy every second. His enthusiasm and professionalism really added to the experience. All three members of staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Their excellent customer service turned a great day into an unforgettable one. TopJump Adventure Park is a blast! 🤩 I had such an amazing time bouncing around and trying all the different activities. The park is well-maintained, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. It's truly a fantastic place for some active fun! Definitely recommend it! 🤸‍♀️🎉

The inflatable park was really good, my little girl absolutely loved it and so did my neice and nephew. We would definitely go back to that part. The VR room was not so great, you dont get an immersive experience as you can hear people talking around you mainly the staff. Its also not clear what you can do in there, if your a first timer, your not shown anything. One of the machines was not working either. It was also smaller then we thought, compared to the pics online. We wouldn't pay to go in here again. Really disappointing. If your looking for a great inflatable park then this is it, but big let down for the VR aspect. The cafe staff were lovely and friendly and they do decent snacks and drinks at a really decent price too.
