Excellent. So very clean . Receptionists are amazing and helpful. The whole place has a great atmosphere. Go 2 to 3 times a week .

John was so frindly and welcoming along with France. Joined the gym today as the facilty looked great. Friendly staff and at a very reasonable price.. I used to pay 4 x more for David Lloyd Gyms and got similar offerings .....

Poor level of service. Over 4 days wait and 2 phone calls chasing a 3 day trial and still not had any contact. One of the responses was well you've been a member before. Yes your right receptionist I was and I must have forgot the reason I didnt return. A planned membership start date will now potentially be cancelled due to shocking service. No attempts to rectify the situation. Coffee is overpriced and tastes vile aswell. I will be raising this with the local authority.

Swimming pool is a good facility, however the water is too cold to be enjoyable, particularly with a baby. Little one spent the whole time crying, and when we got out there were not enough baby changing facilities (even midweek). Honestly a bit of a waste of money when you're paying for something that's not what it should be, would rather spend my time and money elsewhere.

⭐ 5 Stars – Great Experience for Our Scout Troop! I took my Scouts to Towcester Centre For Leisure and we had an excellent time. The staff were friendly, helpful and great with the young people. The facilities were clean, well-maintained and ideal for group activities. It was easy to book and everything ran smoothly and the Scouts really enjoyed themselves. We’ll definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend Towcester Centre for Leisure for clubs, families and community groups! Thank you Skip 1st Hartwell Scouts
