Visited today for my son's birthday. Not only were the facilities of really high quality and well maintained, but the staff were very attentive and helpful. James in particular was extremely welcoming, ensuring my son had a lovely experience for his birthday. He really helped to make his experience special. Thank you! Highly recommend for a family day out.

Amazing experience and staff are incredible! I visited with my 2 children age 5 and 6 and there is more than enough to keep them interested over both courses. Everything is really well designed. The staff are very attentive and engaging. My little girl spilled her drink down her and they couldn't do enough to help us, they really went out their way. They made us a new drink and kept my little boy entertained when I was sorting my daughter's clothes out. Special shout out to "jungle James"! Can't wait to come back.

I came in today with my partners family and had such a wonderful time, I enjoyed a nice drink and had a few lovely chocolates, prices were all perfect and more than reasonably priced. At one point whilst I was playing I became unable to continue with still healing from a major surgery and the staff were so supportive, ensuring I was okay and checking in regularly. Because I had sadly lost my chance to play I was offered a voucher to be able to come back and really enjoy my time since I lost my chance this time around, I still loved and enjoyed the atmosphere and would like to say thank you to one member of staff in particular Russ for checking in on me and helping me get that voucher to redo my day when I’m more healed. Whilst sitting aside to manage my pain I also witnessed how all of the members of staff interacted with other customers and it was just so lovely and made me really happy to see, very interactive like they’re happy to be there making everyone’s experience just that little bit more special, I can’t wait to come back again and enjoy my time fuller thank you

After finding myself and my date (strictly for business) were searching for a fun activity to do we found the treetop golf at the Metrocentre, We were greeted by Rachel at the desk who was extremely helpful, kind and caring. She took great haste to provide us with our drinks in excellent time and even made friendly talk to make us feel welcomed. I wouldn’t know what better manners or treatment to expect from a member of the royal family should I have been served by them! Rachel you were lovely, thankyou, Furthermore; we were well guided on our 36-hole tour of both maps being awarded stickers and having friendly converse with the other staff throughout, I really would look no further no matter your group/party size, this is the peak of attraction here in the Metrocentre!

WOW so good. If your looking something fun to do I cannot recommend this place more the staff are so so lovely and friendly and the decor of this place is absolutely amenace brill for any event, cocktails are unreal and dead strong also jungle James, Kerris and molly we’re all so lovely had brillant chat and played so well in to the theme and just had huge smiles on there faces and really made the experience so much better,I hope I get this right but also pol? I’m sure was behind the bar (correct me if I’m wrong) brung over some celebrations and said happy birthday to my boyfriend which was lovely, really appreciated the effort of tonight, will be recommending to every one to be honest.
