Worth a visit! You watch a very short safety video and enter the monkey enclosure. Lovely encloser in a very natural environment. Once in the thick of it, plenty of monkeys to see and they are all well fed. The staff are helpful and they do a short talk and even communicate with the monkeys as some come over for feeding. You can go in and out of the enclosure as many times as you like. Outside of the enclosure are okay areas and plenty of benches and fields to sit. I didnt use the cafe as we took our own food and drink but I would say there are plenty of options. Parking is free and vast!

Wonderful experience visiting the Monkey again. Fantastic forest with good paths and over 100 cute monkeys. The park is really well organised and amazing staff members. The catering is much improved with food outdoor catering to supplement the large cafe. A great value and highly recommended day out. The paths are mostly accessible but more that mobility scooters can't get round half of the forest - not a critical loss as it's largely similar to the rest, but the accessible paths are good.

16/06/2026 - Overall a lovely and fun experience for our family. £13.50 online price and £15 on the gate. Monkey roaming wild and freely. The monkey population here is around 100. Lots of wild life... Monkeys, ducks, pigeons and squirrels. Theres a big play area for the children. A pizza counter, a coffee counter and a cafe. The menu is highly priced here. There are feeding times at 2 different locations. They tend to feed them 15 past the hour every hour. They alternate the feesing spots every hour.

Visited in August last year and thoroughly enjoyed it. Well worth the ticket price and you can visit Trentham Gardens as well next door if you show your monkey forest tickets. Plenty of parking as well. The talks are always interesting and it is nice to get close to the monkeys and even see the babies to. Highly recommend.

Great day out on opening day of the new season! Monkeys are so much fun to watch and are everywhere once you get in the enclosure (which is huge) Would say if you have mobility issues there is a steep enough hill to navigate to complete the loop around the main areas they do the feeding but there is an alternative (much shorter) option if required. Cafe was good but limited range of options for us however there are sandwiches (kids had the snack boxes) and some hot food options (shame pizza van and ice cream can were not open as we were looking forward to both)
