Troon Beach is a lovely seaside spot with wide sandy shores, stunning views across to the Isle of Arran, and easy access for visitors. The beach curve forms a gentle bay with seating spaces, making it great for walking, relaxing or watching the water. Near the shore there are family friendly facilities: a children’s play park, picnic lawns, cafes and snack spots, and a nearby harbour/marina that adds charm and convenience for a full day out. Access is easy by train or bus, and there is a car park and drop-off point if driving. It's a great choice for families, holiday makers or anyone wanting a relaxed day by the sea.

Troon Beach is a lovely place to visit. The sand is clean, the sea looks calm, and the views across to Arran are beautiful on a clear day. It’s a nice spot for a walk, especially in the evening when the sun starts to set. There are plenty of places nearby to grab a coffee or ice cream, and parking is usually easy. The beach feels safe and peaceful, great for families or just a quiet stroll. Always enjoy coming here, no matter the weather.

This is a great place to visit for all support needs. It's dementia friendly sunken garden is delightful, there are Makaton signs at the beach for those with communication needs, the beach is pleasant with views of Aran in the distance. There also good toilet facilities, places to get drinks and ice cream and lots of free parking areas. The water is also lovely for those who want to paddle, swim or kayak.

One of my favourite beaches to take the dog. Probably less good for families but plenty of space for a long walk and you have the grass area to use too. Parking is easy to get if you venture away from the centre although less facilities there.

Lovely beach. Clean, tidy, free parking, toilet facilities, kids play park and lots more. Short walking distance to the town for the shops or to pick up some lunch. Plenty of seating and ideal for walking along the beach or promenade.
