Need to have a word with their staff! The way they acted cause my nephew needed a nappy change was absolutely disgusting made a huge deal of it claiming he had an accident he absolutely did not, then went around spraying air freshener and disinfectant in the soft play area with children running around and it going on the children. When we questioned the behaviour the three staff member’s decided it would be okay to talk about our group and said child right infront of us and then later on discussing it when we were buying something at the cafe! The staff shouldn’t be working there if 1. They have no understanding that a 2 year old might need a nappy change and 2. They have no composure when around paying customers we were left feeling embarrassed and like we had done something wrong! Totally unprofessional and quite frankly unsafe using cleaning products when small children are around. Certainly won’t be back

Very busy but good play area. Lots of children are not watched by parents and therefore bigger kids end up in the baby area which can be difficult for the 0-18 month area

It's ok, but not many options for toddlers. No jumping activities for older children in 4-7 age range.

I’ve tried every soft play with my daughter in Edinburgh and this is the best one. The play area is big and spreads across multiple levels with easy access for adults. The soft play is also clean and the staff are extremely friendly. My 3 yo daughter and I were really looking forward to the renovation but we were disappointed that adults are no longer allowed on the big slide! :( I’ve given 4 stars rather than 5 because the food in the cafe is absolutely dreadful and overpriced for the quality you actually get.

Lovely place for soft play, my daughter has a disability and they let her in even though max age is 10. She’s 11 so she got away with this but staff were amazing and food is lovely. Would have been nice if had more options on food like chips and cheese or curry sauce etc but overall a great place, also has a lift for wheelchair or elderly people
