Such a lovely bit of wooded grounds. Normally alot of dog walkers, but nice to also go grab your thoughts, a little you time... People you meet are pleasant, all dogs are well mannered by their owners, nice little walk and just listen to the birds, id recommend recharge yourself

A lovely, well maintained woodland area, which is very nice to walk around. I followed a circular route around here starting at the carpark and took 1h30m, so it's a decent size. The main yellow pathways are concrete, but there are other pathways leading further into the park that are just dirt paths. Take care if you go here if it is, or has been raining. The dirt paths at some points are very deep, thick sludge. It's actually quite a busy woodland considering its location. I saw maybe 20 other people on my way round, at 4 pm. There is a free carpark here next to it, but it closes after a certain time, which doesn't make much sense for a public park. Between April and Oct, the carpark will close at 8pm, the other month's it will close at 5pm. If you aren't back to your car in time, you will apparently need to call the number on the sign for someone to come let you out, and a £25 fine. It's the only thing letting the area down. It's a bit ridiculous. I didn't really see any wildlife, certainly no deer like others have said. I did, however, see some cows in the field next to this though. I tried to communicate with them in their own tongue, but they didn't do so much as bat an eyelid.

Nice little place to walk around with a couple little streams, very dog friendly, a very small car park which holds about 10 cars but you can park along the road on the edge of the woods great little play w to visit

Lovely Sunday morning walk. Lots of paths to follow, blankets of bluebells everywhere, which were gorgeous. The main car park was closed as they were doing some renovations inside the woods, but able to park on the lanes. Very muddy in parts ( but you go prepared for that) just take some wellies, but certain paths were dry and clear. Birds were singing, air was clear. An absolute gem of a find…

So lucky to live so close to this peaceful and beautiful place. You’d never know you were so close to Brum and the Black Country. Nestled under Clent this quiet wood is home to so many birds, badgers, foxes and deer. It is full of wildlife, flora and just a lovely place to be. At the time of this review April 2023 it’s full of Bluebells and it makes it a magical place to visit. The car park holds about 30 cars. It’s a lovely place to just be. Go see it. You won’t be disappointed
