Beautiful reservoir. It must be well maintained as there are some lovely things for visitors to look at such as the gorgeous art on the bird hide and ornately carved benches. My dogs and I enjoyed an early morning walk listening to and watching the birds.

Love Ulley! Lovely walk around the reservoir, not too far and peaceful. Nice cafe on the days it is opened

An easy to follow map lots of benches to choose from along the way to rest. The 2 main paths follow the water up and back each side from the cafe. Or you can venture onto the road for a full circle. I walked both and walked just under 3 miles. Lots to see along the way with fishing spots and bird hides. Very dog friendly

Parking is great £3 for the day. There are places to sit and enjoy the wildlife all the way round the walk. You can do a bigger walk or just walk around the water. There are picnic benches and hides to watch the birds. There are information boards all around telling you the wildlife you can see and showing you the routes. There isn't a cafe, tho so make sure you take a drink. There are public toilets at the car park. The carport closes at 5.

Beautiful walk around the reservoir. Doesn't take long as the path doesn't go all the way around so you need to turn back on yourself and come back. At the moment the path is quite narrow in some places and so you just need to step to one side if there are passing families, bikes, dogs. It wasn't very busy when I was there (end of July) so passing others didn't happen often. Lots of seating around and a cafe open a couple of days each week.
