Apparently bullying goes unnoticed at Ultimate Bounce. My son has just come home and informed me that during his session at Ultimate Bounce today he was picked on and bullied by older children/teenagers both verbally and physically, he was jumped on and kicked in the ribs by another child whilst trying to get out of the foam pit, and kicked in the back by another child whilst on the ground. It would appear that no member of staff saw any of these incidences happen, so it makes you wonder what they’re actually watching on duty. What is more likely is that they saw it happen and were too scared or lazy to challenge the children doing it. Such a shame as my son loves going here, but staffing standards and looking after the children needs to be much improved.

Discovered this little gem of a place a couple of months ago and took our 7 year old granddaughter for the fourth time today. I can honestly say I would recommend it 100%. It never seems to be mad busy, there is always plenty of space on the trampolines and lots of tables available. It is beautiful and clean and a table never stays messy for long. All of the girls who work there are friendly, smiley, great with the kids and very helpful. Its not often you can say that about every member of staff! There is a great range of food on offer with really reasonable prices and it tastes good too. They also have squishies and dumplings available, also at a very reasonable price. Again, 100% recommended and we will continue to return. Thank you Ultimate.

We've came here for years and love it. Even better since the new owner, kids love the set out of the bouncing areas and the food selection is much better now. One star knocked off as the sensory area which is lovely isnt accessible for children over 5 and my little boy of 6 with audhd was asked to leave his younger brother as he was too old for the area (he was just relaxing with the lights and using the screen) he was so upset we had to go home.

Absolutely fantastic place! I went today for the first time with my 18 month old - a bit of a difficult age as most things are either too babyish or too old for him but this was perfect! For only £10 (for both of us mind!) I am shocked at how good the facilities are. Not only did he get access to a large range of trampolines and games, there's also a brilliant little soft play with a slide and ballpits and a sensory room. Honestly I couldn't recommend this place any more. I can't wait to go back!

Had my daughters 4th birthday party here today and it was faultless. The staff were super friendly, accommodating & every child got an individual food order. The party room was all set up so I didnt have to take own balloons and banners. They also borrowed us a Bluetooth speaker to play our own music. It was calm with no fuss. My daughter had loads of fun with her friends celebrating her special day. Thank you very much. Will definitely recommend an early slot (10am) for party booking as it wasnt too busy for a weekend.
