We went as a family of 4 to the escape rooms. When we were there we booked to do the laser tag after the escape rooms both were great fun. We enjoyed laser tag so much it was awesome, we cant wait to go back. All the staff were really friendly! We ate in the pizza place downstairs , food was delicious 😍

We had a fantastic trip to Airtastic, Lisburn with our P6 and P7 children. The children really enjoyed both activities (Ultimate Challenges and Laser Tag) and these were perfect for this age group. We also ordered the hot meal whoch was great - geared to what children will eat and huge portions. The staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend this venue for a class trip.

Had my son’s birthday party here and everyone loved it, they can’t wait to get back again! The staff were all very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to organise additional food for one of the kids who had an intolerance (I wasn’t aware of intolerance when booking). 5* for customer service 5* for ultimate challenge (1.5hr) 4* to allow for improvements First of all booked 1.5hr first time booking. Thought 1hour was probably too short and 2hr was just too expensive and thought possibly might be too long for younger ones but they all came out saying they wanted to go again including the adults so if you can afford it go 2hr. 5* for ultimate challenge Challenges were great fun adults and kids, all loved it group of 11 (2 almost 8 year olds found it little tricky but still had a ball and found their way) grandad even had fun too. Great for my son’s 13th birthday with his cousins and the rest of the family. Guaranteed FUN ** 5* for customer service Updated my attendees last minute but time slot was booked up, customers service was amazing at helping sort the issue they were genuinely helpful. However the system where you can’t ring the centre directly is not very efficient. All worked out well and good so was happy with the service. 4* to allow for improvements Loved by all but there was a figuring out period which didn’t have to be. All the information was online but not shared by the staff with the group. My group watched the video but staff didn’t explain the setup I.e. one 1 set of points per room or the challenge layout. One group didn’t realise the rooms were in a square of corridor’s and stuck to only one side majority of the hour and 1/2. Another major improvement would be a map or checklist/both. One for each team to keep track of rooms completed and score whether passed or failed etc after doing different challenges and rooms being occupied you start to forget a sheet to keep you on track would be a significant improvement. I booked this for my daughter’s birthday, the kids had a ball!! In the party room, they had everything you need, eg. Extra napkins, plates, cups and a plastic knife for the cake! The staff were very engaging and attentive. We were looked after by Katie and her colleagues really well, so everything went really smoothly. A great party - stress free!
