Sorry it's been a day or two, i just wanted to say myself and my colleges had a amazing time at urban fun reading. I recived a call a couple of hours prior to our arrival time to confirm the plan for the evening by joshua we played darts which was already to go when we all arrived food came out very shortly after we had finished with darts which was efficiant for our group to get drinks before we ate. The food was to die for and we couldnt finish it all although there was a lot of us. Please say thank you to the chef it was all very nice. Once we ate we was given our cards and had a great time in the arcade. From begining to end staff was avalible to help with our queries and im sure we will be back soon. Thanks joshua for you're help.

It's good fun. No paper tickets. All your winnings go onto the card which can be topped up as needed. We went on a weekday eve and it was empty but can imagine at weekends it would be heaving. Games cost approx 15 to 25 credits to play. Side access from street when the Mall is closed.

As a parent who chose to celebrate my child’s 10th birthday at Urban Fun in Reading, I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience and customer service. We were promised support with organising the party, including food, drinks, utensils, and birthday hats. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The staff appeared very disorganised and inexperienced. They did not know how to properly serve guests or clear and clean the tables, leaving us to manage almost everything ourselves during the party. To make matters worse, the food was very disappointing overly salty, dry, and lacking flavour. Many of the children did not enjoy it at all and were left disappointed on what should have been a special day. Overall, the experience was stressful rather than enjoyable, and I would not recommend Urban Fun in Reading to parents looking to host a children’s birthday party.
