This was such an amazing journey on this unique and historic narrow guage railway. We started our trip at Devils Bridge and travelled down some spectacular scenery to Aberystwyth where we stopped to look around the Museum, before returning back to Devils Bridge. All in all a wonderful few hours that will stay in my memory as one of the best experiences. Thank you to the Vale of Rheidol Railway.

Wow what an amazing experience, the views 😍 it makes you appreciate how beautiful Wales really is. The staff are so friendly and fantastic with the children, they went above and beyond to make sure we all enjoyed our time there. We went in to have a look at all the old steam trains in the museum, the whole experience its just worth it. Brilliant value for money, and something I would love to do again Thank you 😊

Booked online night before and paid although did not need to as ticket office was very quiet with a friendly service from the ticket master as you still needed to get the ticket from the kiosk. Had our two dogs with us too. Lovely scenery and we saw the red kites on the way back. We had latte and panini in the cafe at the other end It really is all about the train journey as you only have a 45 minute stop over so could not leave the station to visit the area. The train conductor was very professional friendly and had great knowledge of the train. A very enjoyable train journey and worth the money

A fabulous day out from start to finish. We treated ourselves to first class! And were not disappointed. Beautiful views along the journey. Only time for a 'quick' walk to Devils bridge and the £2 tour. (10 minutes). All the staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

From Booking the Tickets right through to leaving the premises. Everything was smooth , straight forward and proffesional and friendly. The engine shed has some stunning Engines and carriages very interesting fact sheets. The cafe is very nice and a decent price for whats on offer. The journey up to Devils Bridge allows some unreal views of hidden gems of the Rheidol valley and Afon Rheidol. All from the perfect vantage point above the tree tops. If your nervy of heights just dont look to see the drop . Sit on the Right as its you realise how Tall those trees really are 😲🤣. Its about an hour of been amazed by the Beauty of Wales. Devils Bridge is currently being modernised so not much on site at present. There is plenty to do within a short walk to the Falls etc. The Trip back down to Aberystwyth just continues to wow you at the scenary. You pay for parking on leaving the site by use of the machine on the entrance to the car park. Compaired to local parking charges the price is very reasonable. Been lucky enough to Live Localy i forsee many more trips in the Future. Thank you all at Rheidol Railway for an amazing experience. PS there are some amazing items on sale in the Shop come Ticket office.
