Plenty of noisy kids in the playground. The park is lovely. There's a little shop by the playground so you can buy really nice ice cream, snacks or other things.... Lovely park with benches to sit on.

A lovely park to walk through but the upkeep of it seems to have dwindled.

A lovely place to sit and reflect. There was a fairground when we visited and it was bustling with children and street food. The bandstand was absolutely amazing.

Victoria Park is a lovely and peaceful place to spend time, and we really enjoyed our visit here. It’s one of the nicest parks in Cardiff, perfect for relaxing, walking, or spending time with family and friends. The park is clean, well-maintained, and full of natural beauty. There are lots of open green spaces, colourful flowers, and tall trees that make the whole area feel calm and fresh. One of the best things about Victoria Park is how family-friendly it is. There’s a great playground for children, with safe and fun equipment. During warmer days, the splash pad area is a big hit with kids, and it’s free to use. You can see families having picnics, children playing, and people enjoying the sunshine. There are also plenty of benches and shady spots if you just want to sit and relax. The walking paths are smooth and easy, perfect for a quiet stroll or a jog. There’s also a small café inside the park where you can grab a coffee, ice cream, or snacks. It’s a nice touch that makes the visit even more enjoyable. Overall, Victoria Park is a peaceful escape in the middle of the city. We had a lovely time and will definitely come back again soon!
