A large splash area, with plenty of splash zones, it did the trick during the heat wave we had a few weeks ago. Some areas can be a bit unsafe with steep drops and hard and slippery surfaces.

Victoria Park Splash Pool is open from 11am - 5pm, every day between Spring Bank Holiday (last bank holiday in May) until the last weekend of the school summer holidays. The splash pool will be turned off if it rains. Came here on the spring May bank holiday weekend, and it was open. There was ample water coming out, the water was cool and refreshing. It was absolutely packed with children on a hot day. Indeed some of the slopes seemed quite dangerous for toddlers, adults would have to stay close to the young children. Overall it was fun for a five year old boy.

Peaceful and really pretty. Loads of open space to relax, with cute spots like the lake and pagoda. Perfect for a chill walk or just sitting and doing nothing.

Fantastic splash park, well maintained. We visited over the weekend for the first time 2 weeks ago. Would definitely recommend. Even though it was very busy, the splash pool area could manage the amount of people and it didn't seem overwhelming. Free to enter. It is gated with only 1 gate open so helpful with families with multiple kids. There was a splash park supervisor with a highvis jacket. There are public toilets located within the gates which were clean. Within the gates is the splash park itself, public toilets and a small kids play area with swings.
