I visited the new leisure centre yesterday, it’s fabulous. I joined as a member due to the pool as this is the only gym in Orpington with a pool and it did not disappoint, the showers and changing facilities are extremely clean and the staff are friendly. The changing rooms and showers are very spacious and they also have hair dryers to use free of charge after swimming. I would recommend going swimming here.

Amazing new facilities. My children loved the softplay and ice-cream. The manager Katie took time to speak with us and my son who is autistic was nervous about the climbing frame and she reassured him how much fun he will have she even offered to go on with him as i have bad joints and can't go on! staff amazing would love to see fish fingers or chicken nuggets on the menu please.

So the pools are really big and nice to swim in l, but the swimming pool changing rooms aren’t in that good of a shape as most of the lockers and the gym machines look old, the gym toilets are sometimes clean but have one broken toilet and a broken piece of ceiling. The people in the cafe area aren’t that friendly they are mostly serious and look angry, only one girl has has a good attitude when serving me. The people in reception are friendly and helpful very bright and smily. The changing rooms in the gym are clean and the gym class teachers are very friendly helpful and talkative, the classes are really good with good attitude for different ages. The hot drinks are really good and the food was nice but it was a bit expensive. ( 3 1/2 ⭐️ overall )

Excellent huge 33m pool. Swam today and the temperature was perfect. Delicious. Highly recommended. Felt lovely. Also used the small pool (family splash is 2pm on Sundays for toddlers) Again perfect temperature for toddlers. The changing rooms are a horrible design - a labyrinth - and ancient; chipped tiles, broken lockers, broken showers. Needs massive investment this place. Just ignore all this best you can, and get in to the water quickly! The pool is worth it. Staff helpful and knowledgeable.
