What a fantastic team! We visited on Saturday and were welcomed by an outstanding group of young people who were confident, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. They listened patiently to our perhaps slightly ambitious expectations and offered warm, honest advice without hesitation. There was an excellent range of well-maintained equipment available, and all the necessary buoyancy aids were provided. The site was overseen by the owner, who reinforced the guidance given by the team and took the time to ensure everyone understood the key safety information before heading onto the water. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for me and my two children, and I felt we received excellent value for money. Afterwards, we enjoyed ice creams on the quay and watched the team working tirelessly to get visitors safely out on the water. Despite being constantly busy, they remained cheerful, professional, and smiling throughout. A brilliant experience from start to finish – highly recommended.

We turned up at a busy point, but we went kept waiting too long. All the staff were friendly and helpful, providing parasols for shade for the small ones. As a group we all (a mix of adults and small children) enjoyed our trip up and down the river. We will be back to try the kayaks when the 1yo will sit still for longer!

Quick and friendly service. There was 5 of us; 1 adult 2 teens and 2 children. We choose a motor boat for an hour, buoyancy were jackets provided. We were given clear instructions although took me a lil while to get the hang of. Nice and peaceful views. With extremely helpful staff who came to our rescue after one of the teens on board steered us into buoy ropes also staff offered assurance to my son who was anxious. Definitely one of our highlights of our trip. Thank you!
