Wow- customer service, prices for food, drink and souvenirs were great! Of course you pay high prices for the entry as well as add ons like the program and the main dinner- but that food was well worth it. What a delicious dinner. The deserts are wonderful and delicious as well. I am very impressed- much better than most theme parks I have been to. Highly recommend this park. We stayed for 7 hours, and saw everything plus the lunch and dinner we had. The staff are friendly and courteous, making sure we were enjoying ourselves, and making my birthday a special day. They were very helpful in finding items to purchase, and answering questions. You won’t regret spending the day at Warner Bros. It was money well spent, especially with the wonderful memories we made as well.

Book your visit!! It was amazing! 🤩 I loved how interactive, intricate and with attention to detail everything was done. The staff members are also amazing and open to talk to anyone about the world of Harry Potter. We visited during the First year in Hogwarts theme and we loved it! You can see many sets, props, costumes from all of the movies, the opportunities for photos were also nice. Book your tickets in advance and plan your transport. We opted for taking the train to Watford and then the studio’s shuttle and it was extremely easy to navigate. Food was pricey, which is to be expected. There is a part that is outside so depending on the season, it would be nice to have a jacket with you. Keep in mind that some gifts and merch are only available in certain gift shops inside, so if you really like something, buy it on the spot, don’t wait till the end. Really reccomended, it was super fun even for those who were not die hard fans!! Enjoy your magical time there 🧙‍♀️🏰

This is a fantastic, highly immersive experience that fully justifies dedicating an entire day to explore. We visited specifically for the Philosopher's Stone feature. We had read it would take about three hours, but we easily spent over five hours there. The pacing is entirely up to you, so you are never rushed. The atmosphere and set designs are visually spectacular. While the entry price is high, the sheer amount of time you can spend engaged makes it incredibly reasonable. We will definitely be returning when the seasonal theme changes. - ​Accessibility & Parking: Plentiful parking makes arrival entirely stress-free. Navigating the tour with my disabled sister was straightforward, proving the venue is exceptionally well-equipped and accessible for all guests. - ​Attractions & Entertainment: Beyond the static sets, the live demonstrations are brilliant. The "Magic of Sound" show was a particular standout that we thoroughly enjoyed. -​Food & Drink: The cafes and the gift shop are undeniably pricey, but the food is genuinely tasty. I highly recommend the Festive Hotdog. It is worth noting that meals come with fries included, though drinks must be purchased separately. -​Service Note: We experienced a 15-minute delay when our food order was accidentally marked as 'sent out' on their system, resulting in several larger orders bypassing ours. However, once queried, the staff were polite and sorted the issue immediately.

We had a great visit to the studio tour, plenty of parking and i was happy with the EV parking, easy to use and right next to the entrance. The queues were big at times but flowed quickly so that you could experience all the attractions. On entering, you have a bag check, like airport, but i didnt have a bag and had to empty all my pockets anyway ( only one tray )The detail in every room you entered was amazing. As you round the corner to the next room, you could hear, wow, ooh, amazing. Great to see people dressing up as there favourite characters. Its a must if you have a Harry Potter fan in your family. Its a great insight to how the film series was made. I do agree with others regarding the pricing of the food half way through, average, £13 for a hotdogs and fries, it did take 30 mins from queuing to ordering and getting the food. The food was good quality but a bit pricey. It can be an expensive day with entrance, photo packages and then the food on top and then the shop at the end, your child or inner child will want a wand for sure, average £32. It was a great experience though, just like the wand shop in the film, boxes upon boxes of wands. Depending on your group size, I would say you would need £100 extra, packages do start at £20 in some areas and you can have it digitally instead of prints. Bring your own food to save on that side of things.
