This is a fantastic recommendation. Managed to get a WeRide bike seat and a balance bike for my toddler. A brilliant small area of smooth tarmac for the toddler to ride around on his balance bike and then a nice short circular bike ride for him to test ride the WeRide bicycle seat. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly revommend ! We'll definitely be going back.

Lovely place for a walk, run or cycle and a bit of wildlife spotting. There are hides near ponds good for observing or photographing birds. There's various habitats for wildlife, forest, meadows and ponds. Plenty of parking and a lovely cafe and picnic area.

Perfect place. Have a decent walk, on the flat, then pop in the cafe for a drink and a snack. Lovely home made food excellent prices and service. Doggie friendly.

About an hour's walk all the way around. Nice place easy parking. Didn't try the cafe but there is one there along with bike hire. Busy place for a windy Easter Sunday. Can imagine it can be quite busy on a lovely day

Brilliant little cafe with a good selection of food. There is also an ice cream parlour that opens weekends and school holidays. Plenty of space for a variety of walks with picnic areas and outdoor toilets. A bird watching hide with seating overlooks a feeding area where we spotted a Bullfinch, the pictures and information boards in there are very helpful. We saw all sorts of moths and insects, flora, fauna and fungus. There is an extensive bike hire and sale area for quicker movement around the paths with only a few rougher areas excluded.
