Had a visit to watermead for a walk. Wished I had my wellies. It's a lovely place to visit for a walk with plenty of ducks and swans. I wish people would feed them the correct food though instead of big lumps of bread.

Visted here for the 9am Saturday morning parkrun. Really nice park, mostly all tarmac paths, over a lot og puddles in the rain, which makes it interesting. Loads of parking.

Watermead Country Park is pleasant spot to enjoy tranquility. The lake at the Watermead Country Park offers a truly charming and pleasant view. It's wonderfully calming to watch the water with numerous ducks, swans and geese. That's a perfect spot for a leisurely stroll and to be with Nature.

We visited Watermead Country Park on a very warm day (30C). It was a very nice park with plenty of walking trails, small lakes, picnic areas, benches and country birds. It was very well maintained. There are no bins available; you are asked to take your rubbish home (which we did). We struggled to find any toilets. We checked the maps on the boards. They showed no toilets. We had to cut our visit short because of this.
