Lovely park which I always enjoy cycling through. Cricket pitch and nice children’s play park. Nice cafe in the middle with plenty of benches and trees for shade on a sunny day. Fabulous views. Would highly recommend a visit,

A favourite park for the family. It's huge and has a lot to offer. There are football and rugby pitches, ample free parking (3 car parks along the park) and street parking. Its flat terrain is ideal for relaxed walks, joggin and teaching kids to ride their bike. There's a dedicated cycle lane around the park. There is a lovely bandstand and the occasional programs throughout the year. The playground is nice and caters for the little ones and older kids. It's been refurbed twice in the past couple of years which is great to see. The park is always clean and well kept and the view of sorrounding hills is always a sight to see. Oh and there's a little stream nearby and a little hut next to the bandstand serving coffee, icecream and whatnot.

A nice park with decent walking trails, a play park and exercise equipment. Views are nice with hills on three sides and nice vistas up and down the valleys. Trails are suitable for bicycles and scooters, whilst you can also walk a grassy track nearer the river. Worth a stop and a loop and you can extend your walks further by walking up to the canal.

Great little local park, tennis courts, lawn bowls, local cricket team plays home also. The bottom end of the park has benches for your leisure, big enough grass area for a picnic with the family and children, easy flat access for wheelchair users with toilets also. There's Waunfawr community garden where volunteers work and help preserve various plants, greenhouses and outdoor events for people of all ages to help with the gardening aspect, as well as meeting new people and friends. The top of the park has a football and rugby pitch, with a children's play area also, with seating benches along the way, with a few large trees to sit under in the summer shade as an option. Some nice flowers to look at also. Well worth a visit if you want a relaxing few hours with the kids, your partner, or your family.
