Great Experience. Very friendly helpful staff. £26 for 2 adults and 1 child. Takes about an hour. You can take your time and spend longer or, rush round it in 30 minutes. Use public transport. Local car parks very expensive. £11 for 90 minutes!!!

Me and my daughter plus a friend went to visit on May 16th. Its bigger then I thought and took us longer then we expected to walk around. Its a very interesting place to see with plenty to look at. Its a good educational place for schools to visit We really enjoyed it and will visit again. Wheelchair access was pretty good. A lot of the room we could look in with only a few room the door being locked to us. It would be nice if they find something to put in this rooms to bring people in to see. Staff are very friendly and the cost is low.

Absolutely brilliant place to visit with kids. They fit a lot in to a small space. The staff were brilliant - especially Steve who was so kind to the boy and answered all their questions. Thoroughly recommend.

Hidden gem! Highly recommend a visit. All staff were knowledgeable, friendly and really valued visitors, taking their time to stop and talk. Lots of interesting information, items and hand on moments for children! Very impressed to See widget symbols for the potential noise, might be worth placing a few more in the environment. Will definitely visit again :)

Such a wonderful museum with a lot of story to be seen! The place is very nice and well curated and the staff was so nice to me during my time there! The exhibit tells the story of the West Midlands police as well as the police force in the UK. Every cell has a different topic and story to be seen and you can actually feel how it was to be in one of them. The shop was also full of interesting items to browse. They even have events on their webpage which are worth taking a look at! Will come back more times! I had a great time!
