I went here for the first time and had a lovely experience. The staff were very kind and pretty much introduced us on who the cats were and their names, Ollie was the nicest :) The cats are all kind and unafraid of strangers, also overall well kempt and cute. The biscoff latte was wonderful alongside the banana bread and macroons, I was also able to take a dessert for takeaway. It is overall quite expensive but it's expected for such a unique establishment, I would absolutely come here again.

We absolutely loved our visit this afternoon. Happy cats living their best lives. Strokes a plenty when they want them. Places to escape up high or hide when they don’t! Staff were all really lovely and you could tell they had the cats best interests at heart. The first thing they do is explain the few rules, important as it keeps the cats safe and happy. They were attentive to both the guests and the cat’s needs. Being a cat lover though and involved in rescue myself, the highlight for me was hearing their stories. One of the managers, a lovely lady with short dark hair, took time to share their stories with us. Although some of them have had sad experiences, they are so loved and safe now - true rescue. Another staff member with long dark hair was telling us about their different personalities, quirks and loves! Just so obvious to see how there are all cat lovers and sharing their passion with guests. A top experience and we would highly recommend to cat lovers! Beware tho, cats do what they want, when they want, how they want!!! They aren’t toys and they bring so much joy watching their natural behaviour- mostly sleeping! Plenty of strokes to be had! Thank you so much for the best afternoon!! We came to celebrate my 40th as I’m a huge cat lover! Well and truely exceeded our expectations!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Whiskers and Cream Cafe. The cafe is home to ten incredibly friendly cats, and despite all the feline company, the place is impeccably clean, we honestly did not see a single stray cat hair anywhere! The food portions are on the smaller side, but they are precise, well-crafted, and delicious. We also highly recommend trying the hot chocolate; they offer a fantastic variety, and it is exceptionally tasty. A quick tip for future visitors: the sessions are time-limited, and it is highly recommended to book your table in advance to secure a spot. My daughters thoroughly enjoyed the experience, making it a highly memorable and fun outing for all of us!

AMAZING PLACE!!!!! Staff are so sweet and attentive. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed and love a friendly chat. The cats are all so gorgeous and love attention and playing. Cats sat at our table with us to cuddle while we had our drinks. The food is phenomenal and cheap. There are so many choices and you get to build your own sandwiches and drinks. Accommodated to all of our needs and have plenty of vegan alternatives. Place is beautiful and clean and the perfect size to make sure you get plenty of attention from the cats. Special shout out to the gorgeous staff members and the manager (the girl with the short hair she's great) they are all incredible. You can really tell that the cats are so happy, well taken care of and comfortable and they always have the choice to go downstairs for space if they need but often prefer to be with people.

This is the fifth cat cafe I've been to and I will keep going to more! 😂 I love them so much! This didn't disappoint! Beautifully presented venue , lots of space and activities for the cats which is the most important thing. Well kept for the customers too. Friendly staff, fantastic food (afternoon tea) my only criticism is not knowing much about the cats. It would be nice to know more about them, why they are there etc. Some cat cafes offer profiles of them and if they can be adopted (I assumed not in this case as there's no way those Maine coon brothers Jack and Jasper would still be there) but just a thought. At least for support of the rescue centre they came from.
