Great place for walking, cycling, running, and just enjoying the peace and quiet. Great 360 degree view. Visitor Centre run by the Glasgow Science Centre is spotless, informative, with friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely place to walk the dog with lots of different routes to take. Roads are graveled but mucky. Suitable for prams and wheelchairs. Views are fantastic even on a dreich day like today. Wee cafe in the visitors centre does an amazing bacon roll with a hot drink for just £5.40. I'll definitely be bak here again. Hopefully in nicer weather 😂

The visitor centre is not dog-friendly but has a terrace with tables where you can consume any food purchased. It would be better if an area of the exhibition space could be used to host visitors with dogs, so they could enjoy the comfort of the centre inside. The terrace isn't an option in bad weather.

This place is huge! Upon entering the site there are boxes where you can pick up a map. I didn't enter the visitor centre but took the dogs for a walk out to the viewpoint. It's beautiful! Definitely worth a visit. It also seems to be quite popular for cyclists. There is a good sized car park as well as an overflow car park. Free entry.
