We recently hosted a joint 4th birthday party for our son and his friend at Wild Tots Play Cafe Northwich, and the experience was genuinely excellent. From the start, the communication during the booking process with Faye was clear, responsive, and helpful. All of our questions were answered properly, which made organising everything much easier. They were also flexible in allowing us to bring our own decorations and cake, which made the party feel much more personal. On the day, our host Georgia was consistently attentive, kind, and easy to deal with. She kept communication flowing throughout the party and made sure everything ran smoothly without being intrusive. One thing that stood out was their flexibility at the end of the party. Unlike many other soft play venues that rush you out the moment your slot ends, we were given a bit of extra time, which made a noticeable difference. The kids were able to keep playing, and it meant the party didn’t feel abruptly cut short. It wasn’t a particularly busy day, which may have helped, but the willingness to accommodate us didn’t go unnoticed. The children had a great time and genuinely didn’t want to leave. Larry the Lion was also a fun addition and went down very well. Overall, a well-run, relaxed, and accommodating venue. Would recommend for children’s parties or a general play time.

Absolutely lovely! I almost don't want to leave a good review because I don't want others to go 😅 I went with my friend, her 6 month old and my 2 year old and there was something for both of them! It's a nice size, I could let my little boy off but keep an eye on him! The food was great and the coffee too! It wasnt cheap but I'd pay it for the quality of what we got especially how clean it was! I walked passed the kitchen and it was gleaming!! The toilets are cute too, perfect for toilet training toddlers! Will definitely be going back! Oh and easy parking at asda, free for four hours!

I was really disappointed by how overpriced this play centre is. For somewhere aimed almost entirely at children, the cost adds up ridiculously fast. Entry for the kids is already high, but charging adults on top of that just feels excessive. Most parents aren’t there for fun — we’re there to supervise, chase toddlers, and sit on uncomfortable chairs while paying café prices for a coffee. Being charged just to walk in the door feels like a money grab rather than good customer service. Edit: My concern remains that the overall standard and variety of play equipment doesn’t reflect the prices being charged. From a customer perspective, the value simply doesn’t feel comparable to other local play centres that offer a wider range of activities for children and do not charge admission for supervising adults. I appreciate that businesses need to cover their costs, but pricing needs to match the experience being provided, and at the moment I don’t feel that balance is there. On top of that, the additional adult fee doesn’t even guarantee something as basic as space to sit or a table to put a drink on. If adults are being charged, there should at least be adequate seating available. Other play centres that don’t charge this fee still manage to provide enough seating for families, which makes the charge feel even harder to justify.

Visited Wild Tots for the first time and had a really good experience. The play area is exceptionally clean and my daughter had lots of fun in the role play section. I also thought the sensory area in the under 3s section was great even though my LO is too old to make use of it. Best part of the visit was actually the food, there’s a good amount of options for kids but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the adult menu which makes a nice change from most soft play centres, the cake counter was also a nice treat. Will definitely be returning now I know it is here!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve just left my little girl’s 4th birthday party at Wild Tots and wow, it was absolutely amazing! Hands down the best party she’s ever had (and been to!). The staff were incredibly helpful from start to finish, and the room was set up to perfection when we arrived. Every little detail had been thought of, and they worked closely with me to get all the timings just right. We even had Belle come along to the party, and there was plenty of space for her to join in too! The food was AMAZING, so fresh and tasty, nothing like the usual sugar-filled party food you get elsewhere. So many parents commented on how good everything was and even took flyers to book their own parties! I honestly couldn’t recommend Wild Tots enough. Thank you to the whole team for making my little girl’s birthday so special and absolutely perfect from start to finish. 💛
