We booked a birds of prey experience, the first date we booked we received a call in the morning asking if we wanted to reschedule due to the rain which was nice because we really wanted to fully enjoy the experience flying the birds outdoors. We went back on a sunny day, the lady who ran our experience Lisa was really fantastic she had great knowledge of the birds and made the experience really enjoyable. My only negative feedback would be that it wasn’t clear the shows involving other visitors of the park were included within our experience so it made it seem a bit less special and private. Also when we were flying and handling the birds outdoors privately some other families watched and tried to get involved, I understand it’s difficult for the staff to tell people not to do this but again it made the experience less personal - maybe it could be signposted when people are having private experiences that others shouldn’t stand and watch

Lovely visit in gorgeous weather with my grandchildren.good value for money , enjoyable bird of prey flying display. Nice friendly staff grand daughter had a great time ,giant pig her favourite animal, we popped out for lunch at the neighbouring Coolings restaurant,allowed back in with a stamp on hand

Had an absolutely amazing day at Willows. The BoP experience was really incredible and our host, Lisa, was fantastic too. Her knowledge and enthusiasm was really impressive and we learned so much. Great to meet four really fascinating birds and enjoy two flying shows too. Would really recommend a visit.

Did the introduction to falconry experience. It was great. Esther was really helpful and informative. The day was really interesting with lots of information and hands on experience with a large variety of birds. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

We had a fantastic morning meeting a of beautiful array owls. Special mention to our falconer Luna, he made our experience truly special he is a real credit to Willows - thank you. We were also ahead of schedule so Luna kindly allowed us to meet the Kookaburra which meant we got the full 2 hours was nice rather than just sending us on our way like most places would do. All the birds were clearly well cared for and loved - especially with their brand new enclosures. Highly recommend, would love to return to meet the Burrowing Owls.
