Sorry for the delayed feedback, but I wanted to say how fantastic Steph was as a manager. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly engaging with the children attending the parties and activities. She made a real effort to ensure everyone was included and enjoying themselves, and went above and beyond to accommodate everyone’s needs.

So accommodating for childminders, the girls are always so helpful and we love to chance to grab a hot drink while they play. Play equipment is very clean and I see staff often with cleaning sprays and cloths going over items.

Overall it was great for the kids..but staff approached our table to inform my 4 year old she couldn't have a snack as it wasn't purchased on the property meaning she had to go out to the car to eat it. No mention on booking of not being able to bring our own food in. Other than that the kids had a good time.

It was our Granddaughter's 4th birthday party and it was brilliant! The staff were amazing and so helpful. The girl who ran the party was so good, energetic and sensitive to the moods of the children there. 4 year olds are shy and they were brilliant. Lots of games, races on the slides, bubbles and snow machines, food and party bags included! Totally worth the money!

A really good soft play centre, nice and quiet on a Saturday morning. Very clean and well maintained, staff all nice. Not as big as the Whizz Kids in Chester but still very nice. The Saturday morning we are her it’s very quiet and pleasant, but I’m not sure if this is the case every Saturday. We will definitely be coming back.
