A really lovely family-friendly place. Our toddler enjoyed wandering around and he loved the train! Staff were friendly. I came many times when I was young myself when it was Wolds Way so it was nice to be back with my own family. Would recommend for those with young children (or without if you just enjoy nature!).

We enjoyed the day with all the outdoor games being unique and we were very lucky with the weather. It was a bit of a shock paying for the train extra, it would be better if this was mentioned on the website. It was nice to learn all about the bees and the environment was relaxed with a nice takeaway cafe. The kids asked to return so they must have enjoyed it.

We had a lovely day at Woldies with our 2 granddaughters aged 6 and 2. They enjoyed following the bee trail and looking for the queen bee. We learned lots about the bees. The grounds are beautifully kept and so relaxing . We spotted many birds and wild creatures. Den building in the forest area kept us entertained for ages . We had a picnic in the shade . The sand area is great for kids to dig and slop about with water and cook their mud pies in the oven too. The maze is fun with lots of games to play .No one wanted to leave including us grandparents . A lovely relaxing affordable day to enjoy our girls having fun. We will be back. Thanks to the lovely staff. Also good to enjoy a coffee and an icecream at the end .

This is the second time I've been. We came summer last year when my LO was 8months old. Although he was a bit too young to do a lot of the activities it was still a great day out and he enjoyed the sand pit and the train ride. Now he's 17m and had the best time tottering around. He loved most of the activities but the sand pit was still his favourite. If you haven't been before it's an amazing full day out and very reasonably priced. Bring a picnic and spare clothes.

A while since I have visited, it was great to see all the fantastic additions to add to the fun! My granddaughter loved the Easter Egg Hunt. She really wanted to play connect 4 but was not tall enough, maybe a little step for early years children would be good? We never tire of the train ride. If you live or are visiting North Yorkshire this is a must do place to visit.
