Become a Family MemberWe celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Wonder World Edinburgh, and it was an amazing experience! She and her friends had a fantastic time and enjoyed all the activities, with plenty of food provided. The staff member, Isabella, was exceptionally helpful, cheerful, and gracious throughout the entire party. All our concerns were promptly addressed. It’s a wonderful place to host children’s parties—I highly recommend it! 👌
We had a lovely, stress free time for my little girls first birthday thanks to the wonderful Isabella. She was super friendly and helpful from start to finish. She had a great energy and just genuinely lovely.
We had the most wonderful experience at the kids’ party! Everything was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The food was delicious and of such great quality – both the kids and adults loved it. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and everything ran so smoothly. A special mention to our host, Amie, who was outstanding – so warm, attentive, and made sure everyone had the best time. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better celebration. Highly recommend! 🎉
Here today travelled from penicuik, booked in advance online no notification that lots of the equipment is out of order volcano slide closed, go carts closed, slides and areas of the soft play closed, no fish fingers on the kids menus and I have paid for eat and play which they also excludes the kids pizza, just over £30 for two hours for a 7 & 3 year old and the facilities are falling apart, you have to reduce your price if lots of the unique features of the soft play are not operational, there should be a notification online as I wouldn’t have bothered booking, you need to make parents aware when booking eat and play that you haven’t had a delivery of several food items on a fairly limited kids menus, very disappointing as you think you would have the facilities fully operational for the kids holiday expecting it to be busy and for what your charging I expect a lot better, staff seem fed up having to deal with disgruntled parents so this clearly isn’t a new issue so management need to step up there game and stop robbing parents for a facility in desperate need to repairs
We brought our 10 month old and had a fab time. We visited midweek in the morning, in term time, and it was very quiet. The under 4s soft play is great until they are about 2 id say and then they probably just need to go in the other areas. It was quiet so we did try the big slides - we didn’t take the 10 month on those though obviously. It’s a really fun place, they should really open it up to adults on evenings sometimes as it’s huge and super fun. The only letdown are the toilets, they stink and are pretty rundown.
