We had the most wonderful time at World of Wings over the new year. We were welcomed by Stuart and spent the most incredible morning with many beautiful birds. We love to visit falconry/bird centres and we're so impressed with both the scale of the centre and condition of the birds. It was brilliant to hear about the amazing conservation work the centre does, and a totally unique experience to see the gorgeous Lobelia the griffon vulture in training. All of the birds were amazing but a personal highlight was meeting and getting to pet Zulu the Bataleur eagle who is probably the most magnificent diva on site. Definitely recommend a visit, we'll be back!

We watched the 1pm flying display on Friday and were blown away - it was awesome! We got to watch four birds fly with different handlers while they explained about the bird we were watching, their behaviours, what they eat, how they affect the food chain and so much more. They’re clearly very knowledgable and care about the animals they work with. Can’t wait to go again!

Not a huge number of birds but a very impressive collection. The shows with birds and staff are enjoyable and entertaining also very informative. We took in two shows both very different. The weather was terrible but the time flew by (pun intended) and worth the drenching. The cafe serves a decent latte and plenty of food options including some nice cakes. There is car park and an overflow if required. There are toilets on site but i will say it was colder in the toilet than outside. The staff are friendly and happy to tell you the birds stories. We will be back probably for one of the experience days. It's a good day out for the family.

Absolutely loved the taster handling experience with my partner. All the staff were welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Booked for the night owl experience next. Cafe was fab and loved the entrance in to the aviary where you are met with 2 Macaws and a cockatoo.

We did a handling experience today... Went in early to have a cup of tea and a roll, tasty and reasonable price. Hadn't been to anything like this before so wasn't sure what to expect. Had a great time... We got to hold 2 different birds, and Lynn was very informative. She didn't rush anyone so we got to hold them a good while. She knows what she is talking about, and was answering any questions we had too. We then got to fly the birds twice... Then watched the flying display, and ended it with seeing all the other birds around the area. It seems a bit run down, but Lynn explained they were in middle of renovations. Absolutely loved it and we spent 3 hrs there, and I'm sure u could be longer! Thanks to everyone for the experience.
