I Ziplined across the Principality Stadium for the first time on the 19th March 26. I was very nervous but the amazing female instuctor Lainey reaasured me that it was a great experience and the other Instructors Mark & Alfie were very encouraging, helpful, patient and positive. The instructors regularly checked the harnesses, promoting the safety aspects. The view is breathtaking especially on a sunny day, that it was. 😊 It was that good I was back the next day to do it again!!! I highly recommend this amazing experience to others ❤️

Brilliant experience!! All staff were really friendly and engaging and willing to make you feel at ease. The stadium tour is superb!! Great views and vantage points. The zip is good fun and to finish it off to ‘drop’ down back to earth just finishes the day brilliantly. Well done Zip World!!

Spur of the moment booking for my brother and myself. Did all 3 activities. Weather stayed dry. Although overcast and chilly, it was still a brilliant experience. Our guide Mark was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the stadium and surrounding areas, pointing out lots of interesting places and facts. Brilliant views, Severn bridge, Devon, pen y fan in the Brecon beacons, just a shame I didn't have binoculars with me. From the moment we got there to the time we left, all staff were very friendly and inviting, welcoming. Would definitely do it again

First of all they do not have onsite parking at all which was advertised on thier website I called on the way and due to this oversight they agreed to cover the cost of local parking. Also be careful as the link for directions from the website directs you to the other side of the river which is not ideal. On arrival for my sons 9th birthday he was provided with a child's harness which I noticed on the tag was suitable for a maximum weight of 40kg although he had just been weighed at entry at 42kg? I had to point this mistake out to the staff which at a facility like this seems to be a massive oversight, they may have picked this up at later checks but as it is my child's safety I'm not taking any chances and more than likely further checks would have just been for fitment. They then proceeded to attempt to fit him in to an adults harness but the staff were unhappy with the fit and ultimately my son was unable to do both the zip line and drop experience I fully agree with the staff not allowing him to continue but the facility should have correct and suitable safety equipment for everyone as he was well within the advertised height and weight. As he was unable to do so and was very upset we had to abandon the trip for the whole party.
