Absolutely fantastic place , my little girl loved it. The staff was amazing with her, she’s non verbal autistic and has problems waiting, when she started having a meltdown down the lovely young lady moved her inside so it was a different environment and gave her a wrist band for the forest nets so she wasn’t stood about waiting for the tube sliding. Can’t give this place enough stars. All the staff was super helpful and my little girl had the best day.

Great experience with our autistic son. The staff were patience and accommodating. We had plenty of turns - the session wasn’t too full so we were not waiting around too long.

Had an excellent experience on the full trek at Zip World. Each stage of the course felt smooth and well-paced, with transitions that never felt rushed or disjointed. The cohort was particularly well organised by Pete, who kept everything running efficiently while maintaining a great energy throughout. He was always on hand to motivate, reassure, and provide all the necessary guidance, which made a real difference. From the initial harness preparation to navigating each section of the trek, Pete ensured the experience felt immersive from start to finish. Safety briefings were clear without being overwhelming, and the structure of the course allowed you to build confidence as you progressed. The length of the course was just right; substantial enough to feel like a proper adventure, but paced in a way that kept it engaging rather than exhausting. Overall, it struck a great balance between being educational and entertaining, leaving you with both a sense of achievement and a genuinely enjoyable day out.

Took my 2 children, Boy 10 & Girl 11, to the treetop nets and they had a wonderful time. Lots of nets to run and bounce on. They especially loved the large balls area. Also, the spectators area was fab and my Boy 2 ran around happily for an hour whilst we waited for them.

This was Absolutely incredible, the tree top nets where really good and the full trek and mini trek where amazing the ziplines where really fast and long and you could do whatever you wanted on them, Pete the instructor was really friendly and made it look really easy and he was amazingly funny, would 100% recommend this, but I recommend wearing old shoes and shorts (if you don't mind a few grazes) but your pants will get a bit mucky if you don't stick the landing right, unfortunately I got my TNs a bit mucky but Pete did say thats what trainers are for. it is absolutely amazing. DEFO coming back again!
