This review was written right away but somehow Google saved it 'unfinished' and it never was published until I happened to notice a long time later. The kids enjoyed it - however this place is overpriced. I unwillingly paid 21 pounds for 2 kids (I dislike soft play centres at the best of times but 21 quid...?) and have been sitting on a hard plastic chair at a plastic table, in this gloomy, dingy, noisy industrial looking place, praying for the kids to get tired and just let us go home. In desperation we ordered some food to give us something to look forward to and cheer us up. The main reason I am writing this is the food. It cost SIXTEEN bloody pounds for two of the smallest portions of fries you ever saw, and 1 miserable helping of 4 tiny chicken nuggets - and a couple of tiny cheap plastic tiny bottles of drink. I thought it was a joke, I attached a picture. The picture makes it look much bigger than it was. The food was late and took almost forty minutes to come. The chips weren't very nice anyways. The drinks tasted of chemicals. This whole food experience has probably been one of my worst ever. I will never ever return to this business.

Lovely soft play with lots to do. Big wavy slides, baby sensory area with a ball pit. Lovely cafe where i enjoyed some lovely curled fries!

Wont come back to this place, the food is very poor quality but what I dislike the most was the customer service. The girls who work there are definitely not very happy to work there, they look miserable. The girl who was in charge of the party which I went to was so serious and unfriendly to the children. I suggest to the management of this place to train your staff properly.

Great medium-sized soft play with a good play frame and a sensory room. Prices are very reasonable. Nice latte and the usual café food, with hot food available too. Overall a very good experience and perfect for keeping a child entertained over half-term.

Went for grandson Charlie's 6th Birthday. You get 45 minutes play time followed by some games and food in a room upstairs. A good time was had by all the kids, could do with some seating for adults.
